Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie – Recipe

This quick and easy banana peanut butter smoothie contains protein along with B vitamins and potassium. Sunflower oil is very high in all the forms of natural vitamin E. Both honey and maple syrup contain nutrients of value. They are ideal sweeteners in place of refined sugar or agave nectar. It’s also a good recipe for those who have difficulty chewing, as it is nutrient-rich. For those who need to regain lost weight, a smoothie can be very helpful as a nourishing snack. Also, if you need to use vitamins, you may crush a multivitamin/mineral tablet and add it before blending.

Makes one serving

Peanut butter banana smoothie

8 Ounces (250 ml) Soy or Almond Milk
2 Tablespoons (30 grams) Peanut Butter
1 Medium Banana
1 Teaspoon (5 grams) Sunflower Oil
1 Tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup (Optional, if Sweetener Is Needed)
Multivitamin-mineral, crushed, if desired

Place all in blender and blend thoroughly.
